How to apply for a Visa

The processing time for a visa to visit Korea is typically 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your country of residence. However, please be aware that delays may occur due to additional document reviews or specific processing requirements.

To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend submitting your visa application at least 3 to 4 weeks before your intended travel date.

Please ensure that your visa is approved well in advance of the conference to support a smooth arrival and participation.

ICCAI 2027 conference group is not responsible for visa application besides providing the Invitation Letter based on successful registration. Should the visa denied by the embassy, the ICCAI conference group won't engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy. The registration fee cannot be refunded.
